Aragon (ESP) - April 6th, 2017
The cold wind has not stopped the show at Motorland Aragon, many fans of World Superbike and many Roman Ramos fans have come to enjoy the races, which, as usual, did not disappoint.
Roman found immediately the feeling in his home track, but not managing to enter into superpole 2 for a fault at the fuel pump, bad luck that has not abandoned in race 1 while fighting for the 8 place his engine is broken, forcing him to withdrawal.
In the second manche started well, is motivated and moves immediately in the top 10, struggling with Hayden, Torres, Bradl, Fores and Laverty, has the rhythm of the best and there try until the end, then forced to leave his position to Camier due to the drop down of the rear tire.
An exciting race which showed Go Eleven in front of factory bikes such as BMW, Honda, Yamaha and Aprilia, giving a strong signal of the quality of the work of Go Eleven team.
Roman Ramos #40 (WSBK race 1; rt):
"Not much to say, I started well and I was in the group of those that matter, we could get a great result but after 4 laps my bike is broken and vanished this great opportunity. I’m sorry for the team because they have worked so hard this weekend and gave me a perfect bike".
Roman Ramos #40 (WSBK race 2; 11th):
"With the new engine all worked well, went well from the warm up, my race pace was very good, and I was confident of a good result. In the first laps I immediately brought in the front, overtaking several riders but at six laps to the end, the rear tire dumped me more than expected and i was not able to keep Torres and Fores.
I’m glad, I think we have to continue along this line because we are doing a very good job and we always go on.Thanks to all my fans who came here to cheer for me".
